GlyphSweeper — Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of GlyphSweeper: Rogue Puzzle, developed by MubarakLab. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's agreement, Apple's agreement controls.

Use of the app

GlyphSweeper is licensed for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, interfere with, resell, or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Full Game Unlock

The optional Full Game Unlock is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It unlocks expedition floors beyond the free chapter and future cosmetic themes described in the app. It is not a subscription and does not sell gameplay power. Payment is processed by Apple and linked to your Apple Account. Use Restore Purchase in the app to restore an eligible purchase on another supported device.

Billing and refunds

Prices and availability are shown by the App Store before purchase. Apple handles billing, taxes, Family Sharing eligibility, and refund decisions. Refund requests can be made through reportaproblem.apple.com.

Game availability and changes

We may improve, rebalance, add to, or discontinue parts of the game. Daily Rifts depend on the device date, and online access may be needed to retrieve or restore an App Store purchase. We do not guarantee that every feature will be available without interruption on every device.

Your data

Gameplay progress is stored locally. Please review the GlyphSweeper Privacy Policy for details about local data and purchase validation.

Intellectual property

GlyphSweeper, its visual design, game content, text, and software are owned by MubarakLab or used under license. These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

GlyphSweeper is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, MubarakLab disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the app or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted here with a revised date.
