FODMAP Reintro — Privacy Policy

FODMAP Reintro is developed by MubarakLab. Your symptom, plan and food-challenge information stays on your device unless you choose to export it. The app does not require an account, and no MubarakLab server receives your symptom scores, food details or free-text notes.

Information stored on your device

The app stores onboarding choices, symptom check-ins, notes, selected foods, challenge schedules, planned and recorded quantities, recovery decisions and food-specific observations in local app storage. This information may also be included in device backups according to your Apple device and iCloud backup settings.

You can edit or delete diary entries, delete all app data, and create a versioned JSON backup from inside the app. Removing the app deletes its local data from that device, subject to any separate device backup retained by Apple under your settings.

Exports you choose to create

When you create or share a PDF report, text report or JSON backup, you choose the destination through Apple's share interface. The selected destination or recipient handles that file under its own privacy practices. FODMAP Reintro does not upload these exports to a MubarakLab server.

Purchases and limited checkout measurement

Apple processes App Store purchases. FODMAP Reintro uses RevenueCat to operate subscriptions, validate and restore access, display purchase eligibility, and understand limited checkout and paywall interactions. RevenueCat may process purchase history, an anonymous app user identifier and product-interaction events for app functionality and analytics. These events do not include symptom scores, selected foods or free-text notes. They are not used by FODMAP Reintro for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Notifications

Daily reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They are optional and never pass through our servers.

Third-party services

FODMAP Reintro contains no advertising SDK and does not sell symptom or challenge information. It does not use symptom data to create advertising audiences. Limited RevenueCat purchase and paywall measurement is described above.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA and similar)

Local records remain on your device until you edit or delete them, delete all app data, or remove the app, subject to device backups controlled through Apple. Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat according to their legal, fraud-prevention and service requirements. Children

FODMAP Reintro is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly process children's data.
