FodmapReintro — Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of FodmapReintro, developed by MubarakLab. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Use of the app

FodmapReintro is provided for personal use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or any part of it.

Not medical advice

The app does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Protocol schedules, doses, and computed verdicts are general information based on published reintroduction guidance, not advice for your individual situation. Always work with your dietitian or doctor, and stop any food challenge that causes significant symptoms. Do not use the app to manage allergies — it is built for FODMAP intolerance, which is not an allergy.

Purchases

FodmapReintro requires a subscription (weekly with a 3-day free trial, or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

Your entries stay on your device (see the privacy policy). You are responsible for your device backups; deleting the app deletes your data.

FodmapReintro is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MubarakLab is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
