Hearthwild — Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of Hearthwild, developed by MubarakLab. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with Apple's agreement, Apple's agreement controls.

License and acceptable use

Hearthwild is licensed for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, interfere with, sell, sublicense, or redistribute the app except where applicable law expressly permits it. You may not misuse Game Center or Covenant Relays to harass another person, distribute unlawful content, evade a block, disrupt the service, or attempt unauthorized access.

Free prologue and Full Living World

Hearthwild includes a free prologue with the complete Glassroot expedition, the first permanent restoration, Morrow Basin, the Living Chronicle, and Covenant Relays. The optional Full Living World unlock is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that permits new expeditions in six advanced fields in this edition. It is not a subscription and does not include paid currency, randomized paid rewards, energy, social advantage, or an expiry.

An expedition already in progress remains resumable without buying the unlock. The unlock does not alter or remove existing campaign progress.

Billing, restoration, and refunds

Apple processes payment, taxes, purchase restoration, applicable Family Sharing, and refund decisions. Prices and availability are displayed by the App Store before purchase. Use Restore Purchase in Hearthwild while signed in to the Apple Account used for the purchase. Refund requests can be submitted at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Progress and recovery

Campaign progress and Relay Harbor records are primarily stored on your device. You are responsible for maintaining any device backups you want to rely on. Hearthwild may quarantine a save whose replay proof cannot be verified and offer a bounded recovery path; recovery cannot guarantee restoration of damaged, deleted, incompatible, or unavailable data.

Game Center and Covenant Relays

Game Center and multiplayer Relays are optional Apple services. Their availability may depend on network access, Apple Account restrictions, other participants, and Apple's service. You remain responsible for the Relay content you choose to send. MubarakLab may change, suspend, or discontinue online functionality when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or service operation.

Availability and changes

We may fix, improve, rebalance, add to, or remove game content and features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continued compatibility with every device or operating-system version, or the availability of third-party services such as the App Store and Game Center.

Privacy

The Hearthwild Privacy Policy explains local storage, purchases, Game Center, Relay sharing, and your choices.

Intellectual property

Hearthwild, its visual design, world, characters, game systems, writing, audio, and software are owned by MubarakLab or used under license. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Hearthwild is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, MubarakLab disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when Hearthwild, its services, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
