GoutTracker
Record clearly. See what is missing. Prepare for care.
GoutTracker helps you record chosen food portions and times, water volumes, uric-acid results, and symptom episodes. Your basic editable history remains available without a subscription and without an account.
What it does
- Shows the calculation and source status behind each recorded food estimate.
- Separates unknown, partial, and explicitly completed diary days.
- Preserves original uric-acid values and units while charting against a target you record.
- Keeps one editable symptom episode with onset uncertainty and resolution.
- Creates a previewable appointment report with coverage and uncertainty stated plainly.
Free and Pro
Food lookup and editable food, water, lab, and symptom history are free. Pro adds weekly coverage summaries, uric-acid trend charts, descriptive pre-symptom history, and flexible appointment reports. Any trial is shown only when Apple and RevenueCat confirm that the account is eligible; the Apple purchase sheet shows the final terms.
Sources and limits
Food rows are labeled source-verified only when they include an exact reviewed citation; other rows remain estimates. Recorded purine is not an overall gout-risk score, and a food recorded before symptoms is not proof of a trigger or cause. GoutTracker is educational and does not diagnose gout, prescribe treatment, or replace a clinician.
