GoutTracker — Support

Help with your private diary, reports, and subscription.

Getting started

  1. Choose the diary date on Today.
  2. Find a food, confirm the portion and eaten time, then add it.
  3. Mark a food day complete only when it represents the whole day. Otherwise it remains partial or unknown.
  4. Open a food, uric-acid result, or symptom episode to correct it later.

Food estimates and corrections

Open a food before logging to see its calculation, dataset version, and whether it has an exact reviewed citation or remains an estimate. Do not substitute an unrelated food when search has no result. Email a food-data issue with the name, preparation, country, and dataset version. Do not include diary details unless you deliberately choose to.

Backup, import, and erase

Settings → Your Data can export a JSON backup, import it on another installation, or erase local logs. Keep backups somewhere you trust. Import uses record identifiers to avoid matching duplicates. Erasing the app does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Restore, cancel, or check billing

Use Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the subscription. If a purchase is pending or its outcome is unclear, check Apple subscription settings before trying again. Apple handles cancellation and refunds; use reportaproblem.apple.com for refund support.

When to seek care

GoutTracker does not diagnose joint symptoms. Seek assessment for first-time sudden joint pain or swelling. Get urgent local medical help for severe or worsening pain and swelling with fever, chills, or feeling very unwell.

Contact support

Email almahmeed.dev@gmail.com with your app version, iOS version, what you were doing, and the exact message shown. Screenshots can help. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, full backups, or health notes unless they are necessary and you deliberately choose to include them.
