GoutTracker — Terms of Use

These terms apply to GoutTracker, developed by MubarakLab. By using it, you also agree to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple's agreement controls if there is a conflict.

Educational diary, not medical care

GoutTracker records information you enter and provides educational summaries. It does not diagnose gout or another condition, identify a food as a proven trigger, prescribe treatment, calculate medication doses, or replace professional care. Food and nutrient values are estimates that vary by source, species, recipe, preparation, and portion. Seek qualified care for diagnosis and treatment and follow your clinician's plan, including any fluid restriction.

Subscriptions

Core editable logging and portable backup are available without Pro. Optional Pro features and the current renewal period, price, and any account-eligible introductory offer are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled through Apple. Apple handles billing, taxes, cancellation, restoration, and refunds. Your data and backups

Your diary is primarily local. You are responsible for exported files and any device backups you choose to rely on. Import avoids duplicating matching record identifiers, but no recovery method can guarantee restoration of every deleted, corrupted, incompatible, or unavailable record.

Availability and acceptable use

Do not misuse, interfere with, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute GoutTracker except where applicable law permits. Features, data, sources, and third-party services may be corrected or changed. Continuous availability and compatibility with every device, operating-system version, or store service are not guaranteed.

Privacy

The GoutTracker Privacy Policy explains local health logs, optional analytics, purchases, exports, retention, erase, and contact choices.

Disclaimer and liability

GoutTracker is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, MubarakLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Nothing here excludes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
