Keto Meal Planner — Terms of Use

These terms apply to Keto Meal Planner, developed by MubarakLab. By using the app, you also agree to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple's agreement controls if there is a conflict.

Informational planning tool

Keto Meal Planner provides recipes, meal-planning tools, shopping lists, and nutrition estimates. It does not provide a medical diagnosis, treatment, or guarantee of ketosis or another health outcome. Nutrition and serving values are source estimates and may vary. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a history of disordered eating, or take medication.

Eligibility and local data

The app does not require an account. You are responsible for access to your device and for any backups you create. You must be at least 13 to use the app; if you are under 18, use it only with permission from a parent or guardian.

Subscriptions

Optional monthly and yearly subscriptions unlock Premium features. Apple displays the final price, trial or introductory-offer eligibility, duration, and renewal terms before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date shown by Apple. Apple handles billing, cancellation, and refunds; MubarakLab does not store payment information. Manage or cancel in App Store subscription settings.

Content and acceptable use

The app, recipe library, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by MubarakLab or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your locally stored preferences, plans, favorites, and logs remain yours. You may use the app for lawful personal purposes but may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or misuse it except where applicable law expressly permits.

Backups and availability

You may export and restore supported local data. Keep exported files somewhere you trust and verify important information after a restore. Features may change or be unavailable temporarily. Stopping use or deleting the app does not cancel an App Store subscription.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. MubarakLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
