Listing Studio — Terms of Use

Listing Studio is developed by MubarakLab and is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. This page describes the app and its purchase conditions. It does not replace that license or limit rights under applicable consumer law.

Preparing accurate listings

Listing Studio helps you capture or import still photos, record item facts, edit photos without changing the acquired originals, and export files on iPhone with iOS 26 or later. You retain ownership of your content. Import, photograph and share only material you have the right to use, and respect other people's privacy.

You are responsible for reviewing item facts, condition evidence, cutout edges, framing and final files before sharing. Listing Studio formats facts you supply; it does not authenticate goods, infer brand or material, certify condition, value items, or guarantee a sale. Optional on-device detection may be unavailable or inaccurate. Original-background and manual editing remain available.

The app does not sign into marketplaces or post automatically. Preparation states and generic output sizes do not establish that a marketplace accepted a listing or that your listing meets its rules. Upload files through the destination you choose and check its requirements yourself.

Free features and Pro

Free includes three active items, normal editing, complete single-item export without a watermark, and editable backups. Archive an item to free an active slot. Pro adds unlimited active items, new multi-item export jobs, saved brand presets and custom shot templates. Monthly and annual plans, where available, provide the same Pro features.

Operational limits apply to both plans: up to 50 source photos per item, up to 12 selected plain images plus one optional promotional card in an item pack, and up to 100 items in a batch job. Available storage and device conditions can further constrain processing.

If Pro expires or is revoked, existing items, originals, repairs, applied styles and checklists remain accessible. Existing editing, single-item export and backup remain available. New Pro operations may be limited; expiry does not force deletion or add a watermark.

Subscriptions and eligible offers

Listing Studio Pro is an optional auto-renewable subscription. Monthly and annual plans provide the same Pro features. The App Store presents your available localized price, billing period and any eligible introductory offer before purchase. Annual subscriptions are billed for the full year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple. Any trial is offered only when configured and eligible for your Apple Account; review the offer and recurring price shown before subscribing. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used to subscribe. Existing items, editing, single-item exports and editable backups remain available after Pro expires. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

A trial is offered only when configured and eligible for your Apple Account. The app displays its duration and the recurring price afterward. An eligible trial converts to the displayed paid plan unless canceled. To avoid renewal after a trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. No fixed price or trial is promised on this page.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Apple handles billing under its Media Services terms. Use Listing Studio Pro → Manage Subscription or Apple's subscription settings to review or cancel. Deleting items or uninstalling the app does not cancel billing.

Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used to subscribe. Pending or unverified purchases unlock Pro only when a valid entitlement is verified. Request App Store refunds through reportaproblem.apple.com; eligibility follows Apple's policies and applicable consumer rights.

Files, backups and recovery

Check the actual rendered files after export. A listing pack contains prepared photos and a technical manifest, with optional public details. An editable .listingstudio backup is a different output containing original files, item data, masks and edits. Backups and exported originals can contain location and camera metadata; backups are not encrypted or password-protected.

Maintain a separate editable backup of work you want to preserve. There is no Listing Studio server backup. Uninstalling the app or permanently deleting content can remove local work. Copies saved outside the app remain under your or the recipient's control. See the privacy policy for storage, deletion and support-message handling.

Availability and contact

The Apple license governs software warranties and responsibility, subject to applicable law. These pages do not promise error-free detection, uninterrupted processing, particular sales results or compatibility with every future device or operating system.
