NextStep

Know your next step. Leave on time.

NextStep guides you through everyday routines on iPhone and Apple Watch, one clear step at a time. Keep your finish-by time in view while you get ready, pack your bag, or wind down.

In development for iPhone and Apple Watch. An App Store release has not been announced.

A routine that follows your lead

Start with a short practice run

The 45-second demo has three steps. Try a pause and finish each step yourself. Practice stays out of your real history and duration suggestions.

Free and Pro

Free includes two saved routines, unlimited starts, routine editing, reminders, essential widgets, seven-day history viewing, local duration suggestions and data export/import. NextStep Pro adds more saved routines, full history views, advanced time comparisons and additional routine collections.

Existing routines remain available to run and edit if Pro ends. Older history stays stored and exportable. Purchase screens never interrupt an active routine. Available monthly, annual or one-time lifetime offers and their current prices are shown by Apple before purchase.

Your routine stays yours

No NextStep account, advertising, third-party analytics or external AI service is required. Routines and history are stored on your devices; paired sync and files you choose to share can transfer that content. Read the privacy policy for the details.

Alerts depend on notification permissions, Focus, device state and system delivery. NextStep is a planning aid, not a guarantee that you will finish or receive an alert at an exact time.
